napkikens is a stack of blank napkins in your pocket. Draw an idea, swipe for a clean one, draw the next version. Below are the questions that come up most — anything else, just write.

Emails are usually answered within two working days. If something is going wrong in the app, mentioning your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
You already are. napkikens opens straight onto a blank napkin — there is no new-document step. Swipe sideways to move to a clean one and keep going.
Yes. Swipe back the way you came. Your napkins stay in the order you drew them and are kept on the device.

On your iPhone only. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to sign in to. If you delete the app, the napkins go with it — so export or screenshot anything you want to keep before removing it.
Notebooks let you keep separate stacks of napkins instead of one long roll — one per project, per client, or per idea you keep redrawing. It is an optional subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
Use Restore Purchases on the Notebooks screen, with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email me and I will sort it out.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → napkikens → Cancel Subscription. You keep Notebooks until the end of the period you already paid for.
